Congratulations to GHEM Members Drs. Jennifer Bryan, Eileen Cheung, Kate Hayman, and Jennifer Hulme who are featured on the 2020 update to the Canadian Women in Global Health List! The CWIGH List “showcases the incredible achievements of Canadian women leaders in global health, fostering new and exciting collaborations, and advocating for gender equity in the health workforce and leadership more broadly.”

Jennifer Bryan and Eileen Cheung lead the Toronto side of the TAAAC-EM partnership as Director of Operations and Director of Education and Programming, respectively. Kate Hayman and Jennifer Hulme co-lead the GHEM Health Equity Committee, and have more recently taken on the positions of Co-leads for Disadvantaged Populations in the University Health Network Emergency Department.

Jennifer, Eileen, Kate and Jennifer join a stellar list of Canadian women including GHEM Director Dr. Megan Landes and GHEM Member Dr. Lisa Puchalski Ritchie. Congratulations again to these very deserving women – we are proud of and grateful for your contributions to global health!
