GEM Centre Board of Directors
The GEM Centre Board of Directors works in collaboration with the Executive Director to govern the GEM Centre. The Board of Directors is the group that is responsible for making sure that the organization's mission continues to be carried out, and that the organization stays on course to carry out its vision and strategic priorities. The Board is also responsible for the financial oversight of the organization.
Board members will serve terms of three years with the possibility of two renewals. In addition to their specific GEM Centre Board roles, board members are also involved in helping major programs of work or specific projects within the GEM Centre.
