TAAAC-EM Virtual Fellowships Launch

In light of ongoing pandemic restrictions, TAAAC-EM has pivoted to many of its partnership activities to virtual. Through support from the Donner Canadian Foundation, TAAAC-EM has been able to support five Emergency Medicine faculty at Addis Ababa University in completing their Master’s of Public Health at the Addis Continental Institute of Public Health. The pandemic has shed light on how critical public health training is for emergency clinicians, and undoubtedly this training will prove extremely valuable.

On behalf of TAAAC-EM, we would like to extend our appreciation to the Donner Canadian Foundation for their continued support in the face of evolving needs due to COVID-19, and we would like to congratulate these five faculty members on their admission to the MPH program! We wish them all the best in their first semester of studies and look forward to supporting them throughout their degree.
