Madeline McDonald awarded 2018 MSERG
Madeline McDonald, a first year medical student at the University of Toronto, has been awarded one of four Open Medical Student Education Research Grants (MSERG) for this Summer 2018, to support her project ‘Advocating for Advocacy: The state of the advocate role in Canadian Family and Emergency Medicine training programs’. These awards are open to medical students across Ontario, and as such are extremely competitive. Madeline is working with GHEM Health Equity Committee Co-Director Jennifer Hulme (the PI on the project) along with a larger project team. Congratulations Madeline!
